How do I cancel an order on Ajabkala.?
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
For outright cancellations by you:
– If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:
– If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.
PRODUCT RETURN AND REPLACEMENT ACCEPT UNDER FOLLOWING RULES: -

- Wrong product delivered
- Wrong color, size
- Part of product missing

- Product is Washed/ Damaged/ Worn
- Part of missing delivered full product
- Products must be in their original condition
- Products which were sold as combos/sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items
- If, according to your opinion you don't like the product, this return reason is not acceptable
- Replacements will be made basis availability of that product on the website
- In case of damaged from your side, this product is non-refundable
We are not accepted self-damaged products -- Because All product is firstly cross verify though quality checkers.
In that case, if we found damaged from customer, we can't accept that product for replacement
